The full value of the goods is covered — from the moment it leaves our vault to the recipient's signature. No extra charge, no excess.
No company name, nothing indicating the contents or the value. From the outside there is nothing to suggest a valuable shipment — inside, the metal sits shock-protected and out of sight.
As soon as the parcel leaves our vault, you receive the tracking number by email. Delivery is made in person, against signature only.
There are no import duties within the EU. On deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs may levy import VAT; investment gold is exempt in many countries, silver usually is not.
