Every shipment is fully insured, packed neutrally and delivered against signature only. The minimum order value is €100 — from that amount, shipping costs nothing.
Nothing indicating the sender or the contents — from the outside there is no sign of a valuable shipment.
The full value of the goods is covered until delivery, worldwide and at no extra cost.
You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves our vault.

To process an order we handle your name, delivery address, email address and optionally your phone number. We collect no IP addresses, keep no access logs and store no device identifiers. Payment data is processed exclusively by the payment provider — we store no wallet addresses beyond the statutory retention obligation.
Processing takes place in order to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet obligations under tax and commercial law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Data is passed only to the shipping provider and the payment provider, and only to the extent required to complete the order.
We do not collect IP addresses or access logs at all. Everything else that is not legally required to be kept is deleted automatically three months after the order is complete — with no request from you. On request we delete immediately at any time: an email to [email protected] is enough, and no reason is required.
The periods for invoices and anti-money-laundering records are set by statute and cannot be shortened. Once they expire, that data is deleted too. More on this under Buying discreetly.
We use no analytics or marketing cookies, no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting and no social media plugins. IP addresses are not logged. Only strictly necessary cookies are used, for the basket. No customer account is created; you order as a guest without a password.

These terms apply to all orders placed via metalreserve.de between MetalReserve GmbH and the customer.
All prices include statutory VAT. Because precious metal prices move with the market, the price is locked for 15 minutes during checkout. If payment does not arrive within that period, the amount is recalculated at the current spot rate.
Payment is made exclusively in cryptocurrency via our payment provider. The contract is concluded once receipt of payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
Shipping is insured and made against signature only. Stated delivery times are non-binding guide values, counted from confirmed receipt of payment.
For goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market (§ 312g(2) no. 8 BGB), there is no right of withdrawal. This applies to every precious metal product in our range.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
