Precious metal prices move in euros, and crypto rates move against the euro on top of that. Without a price lock, nobody would know which amount finally applies. So the moment you confirm your payment method, MetalReserve freezes both sides: the price of the goods and the conversion rate.
The window is 15 minutes. If your payment arrives within it, the amount shown applies — even if Bitcoin loses or gains five percent in the meantime. If you want to avoid price movement altogether, pay with a stablecoin such as USDT, USDC or DAI.
The network fee (gas fee) is paid by the sender to the network, not to us. It is not part of the invoice amount. If you want to keep fees down, pick one of the following.
